According to the Biotoxyl website this product is the alternative to all other wrinkle creams. It was developed form an ancient organism found in the glaciers of the Antarctic. This is a topical cream that is supposed to help relax the underlying muscles and decrease the depth of wrinkles. It consists of three ingredients and is supposed to be one of the most innovative products on the market. They seem to think that this Antartic organism is the fountain of youth so let’s see what the ingredients tell us.
On The Label
Biotoxyl ingredients include Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-3 (Matrixyl), Acetyl Hexapeptide -3 (Argireline), and Antarcticine (Pseudoalteromonas Ferment Extract). The first 2 are peptides that are used in some successful wrinkle creams. The last ingredients is the organism that is supposed to help your skin become more elastic and plump to help smooth wrinkles.
Matrixyl is actually a good ingredient that has been shown to reduce wrinkles when it is used in just the right amount. However, we do not know how much of it is used in Biotoxyl. They do not provide an official ingredients list. Argireline is useful when used in amounts around 10%. More or less of it will provide unwanted results.
Our Take
Because Biotoxyl does not provide us with amounts we really cannot recommend this product. It has some good ingredients, but unless it used the right amount that really doesn’t matter. With no money back guarantee we really would not recommend this product. Look for products that can actually give you more information on what is in the product.
