This product claims that it is a “miracle” product that is derived from the Australian bird called the emu. They claim that the use of this bird help minimizes wrinkles. This company is the only one to use the emu as its inspiration and a source for ingredients which can mean that it is genius and that the product works or that you are rubbing a bird all over your face. Either way we think both is kind of weird.
How It Works
They claim that this product can help reduce blotchiness of the skin and get rid of redness as well as hydrate the skin using Vitamins A and E. They claim that they are just as good as Botox which we think is a complete fabrication because nothing is as effective as Botox aside from surgery on the face. They also claim that this product can help your body function from cell to cell. This product is sold for $125 which is a bit extreme in our opinion.
Product Details
This product does not come with a full ingredients list. However, we have heard that this product is comprised of strictly emu oil. This is a bit odd because we aren’t sure if the emu oil is the source of all the vitamins they claim they have in their product. They claim that Australian’s have used it for years, but in our experience, we haven’t heard of anyone in Australia using emu oil to reduce wrinkles so we think that this might by a ploy to sell their product.
Our Take
We don’t recommend Emu Oil. There really isn’t anything spectacular about the product and we are extremely skeptical about the emu oil hypothesis all around. There are plenty of products out there that come with clinical studies to prove that their product works. We recommend that you do a bit more research to find one just for you.
