Reversatox claims to be the anti-aging cream that is able to replicate the effects of a Botox injection.
It says it is able to minimize dark circles, smooth and firm up your skin, all while filling in deep age lines and improving overall skin texture. If these claims are true, it would be a very effective and miraculous skin cream, but we would be remiss if we didn’t take a closer look at this promising product.
While the makers of Reversatox have made some big claims with their product, (this facial cream seems to be able to do everything) it is important that we look at the ingredient list and consumer reviews. As with any cosmetic cream, the proof is in the proverbial pudding, and if Reversatox is as good as it claims to be, it will be evident in its components. Let’s take a look and see what we find.
Pros
Listed in Reversatox’s ingredients are Argireline, jojoba oil, and caffeine. That’s all we could find after an exhaustive search. We’ll get to the lack of ingredient disclosure in the Cons section, but first let’s examine these three ingredients. Argireline has been proven to combat the negative side effects of age, but what about caffeine and jojoba oil? Caffeine does temporarily dehydrate the skin, providing more tone, but the jojoba oil actually acts as a hydrating agent, which means these two ingredients negate eachother.
Cons
As stated previously, the biggest complaint against Reverstatox (and it’s a big one) is that it doesn’t fully disclose its ingredients. This product doesn’t claim to use any proprietary blends, so their lack of ingredients is especially puzzling. A lack of information should make any potential consumer nervous, and this is no exception.
The three ingredients that are listed are effective (by themselves at least), but we aren’t given the concentrations (how much of each is used in Reversatox), so we can’t tell for sure if they are even effective.
Conclusion
Given that the ingredients in Reversatox are, for the most part, a mystery, we cannot recommend using this particular product.
