With this in mind, Skinceutical has been around since 1997 and the Skinceutical Eye Cream is one of hundreds of products produced and sold since then through various third party retailers. We would not recommend this formula. Obviously, the whole formula is not made up of two ingredients. Those are just the only ingredients they bother disclosing. This being said, it doesn’t help their case that neither of these ingredients have anything to do with skincare or anti-aging! Taking into account all of these things, you can see that Skinceutical Eye Cream relies on its name rather than anything else. It is just another big name product that will in short order fail you.
